For my buyers, I keep you up-to-date on new listings and home sales to understand market value. Together, we will navigate the title report, inspections, and any lender issues to ensure a smooth closing. In the current market, we are seeing more cash deals, which means more leverage on pricing or multiple offers. An experienced agent with excellent negotiating skills is crucial in these situations.
I have resources to help with home repairs, cleaning before or after selling, in-depth inspections, and lenders experienced with various lending options, including standard 20% down, FHA, VA, and larger down payments.
Mercer Island has been my home for many years. After raising five children here, I can truly say it is a wonderful place to call home. During my child-rearing years, I immersed myself in the Mercer Island community, serving on the board for the MI Boys and Girls Club, as a Cub Scout leader, a religious education instructor at St. Monica’s Church, and participating in various community events.
Off-island, I co-chaired Harborview’s fundraiser for their trauma burn center, where I met many amazing doctors and staff. My most recent involvement has been in brain research and development through the work of a cherished client specializing in Alzheimer’s care.
